About :

It is a unique combination of fruits of three plants of the mirabalan family - amla, haritaki and bibhitaki. Triphala is the oldest Ayurvedic formula used in Ayurveda for thousands of years. It is a rasayana that rejuvenates the body, balancing all its systems, cleansing it of toxins, giving strength.
It is used to prevent a wide range of diseases.

Triphala normalizes and balances the action of the three basic elements of the body: the nervous system, the metabolic processes and the structure of the body.
